The context is divided up by the 5 stages of grief using the Kubler-Ross model to best depict the range of emotion one faces while going through this process. It is the author's hope that through her self disclosure and candid writing that her pain, strength, anguish and soul growth could in-turn help others to cope while facing a break-up or divorce.
